Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to assist us in manually applying for job openings across various company websites. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for searching high-quality job boards, extracting relevant job details, and submitting applications using our shared Google Sheet. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet productivity targets will be essential in helping us achieve our hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist for Job Applications, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Searching Indeed, LinkedIn, BuiltIn, and other high-quality job boards for specific job titles provided by our team
• Extracting relevant job details, including job titles, locations, pay, company names, and other essential information
• Creating a new entry in our shared Google Sheet, including the job URL, details, and date/time of submission
• Applying for positions using our provided email address, resume information, and answers to any Q&A sections
• Providing accurate and timely updates on application submissions, including the date and time of submission

Productivity Targets and Compensation

We're committed to rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. Our compensation structure is designed to incentivize productivity and quality performance. You'll be paid $30 per hour for meeting our standard productivity targets of 3 job applications per hour. However, if you're able to submit 4 or more relevant applications per hour, your hourly rate will increase to $40. Payments will be made within 24 hours of time entry into our shared Google Sheet.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in data entry, research, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet productivity targets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and application submission
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets and other productivity tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
