Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Cultivating relationships and retaining customers through empathetic and consultative approaches
- Resolving complex customer concerns related to one or more products or services, utilizing multiple systems and support tools
- Uncovering customer wants, interests, and needs to effectively save the product and offer additional services
- Demonstrating self-sufficiency in researching and resolving complex customer issues in a virtual setting
- Utilizing virtual communication tools to engage with managers or support teams for assistance
- Remaining proficient in explaining customer bills, managing billing, rate plans, and feature matters for one or more products or services
- Performing basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services
- Adhering to a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service
Essential Qualifications

- A competitive compensation package, starting at up to $41,035 per year, with opportunities to earn up to $47,035 based on sales performance
