Job Description

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be a crucial part of our mission to deliver timely and accurate service to our customers. Working fully remote, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision.
