Job Description
As an Experienced Part-Time Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, or live chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, document and update customer records based on interactions, and provide product and service information to customers. You will also escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary and ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer service.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work under minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously - Must be able to work in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
