Job Summary
* Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary: $15 – $18 per hour
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Austin, TX

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Updating customer records in our database as necessary
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Friendly, patient, and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate or Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Preferred but not required)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training
