Job Description

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking support through our online chat platform. Your role is essential in ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services, all while maintaining the high standards of customer service that arenaflex is known for.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries and resolve issues

  • Provide accurate information about flights, bookings, and arenaflex services
  • Assist customers in modifying or canceling reservations as needed
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's policies, services, and promotions
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
