Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced data analyst and information investigator to join its Preparation and Conveyance Activities group within the Business Tasks bunch. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in the execution, optimization, and standardization of the organization's expense and asset distribution models. Your primary responsibilities will include managing, analyzing, and documenting data that supports internal operations, resourcing, and cost assignments for the organizations we support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners
• Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and optimize financial cycles across the organization
• Support internal business workflows, such as management costing, workforce management, and resource planning
• Work with different data systems and provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and resolve metrics-based issues
• Document workflows related to key processes, data collection, and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
• Collaborate with Data Architects and system architects to support documentation and implementations of database designs
• Develop strategic decision-making structures and write scripts that help us automate and scale
• Refine insights from data and craft compelling messaging for executive audiences
• Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with ad-hoc requests from our partners

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science
• Experience working with data and data manipulation software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
• Understanding of social database design and capability
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proven self-starter with strong strategic fitness, unwavering insight, and exceptional direction
• Successful collaboration and time management skills
• Attention to detail, with the ability to step back and grasp the big picture
