[Remote] RevOps Analytics Manager

The RevOps Analytics Manager will be responsible for delivering actionable insights through data analysis and ensuring data governance across Revenue Operations, collaborating closely with various teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Use advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, modeling, and spreadsheet analytics to support sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into KPIs, highlight deviations, and deliver actionable insights to Revenue leadership
  • Oversee data collection, integration, and management from various GTM systems to ensure a single source of truth for revenue reporting
  • Analyze Sales and Marketing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth and efficiency. Create clear, insightful visualizations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
  • Support sales forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and performance management through robust analysis and predictive insights
  • Collaborate with Revenue leadership to define key business questions and translate data insights into actionable strategies for revenue optimization
  • Proactively identify and quantify opportunities for revenue growth, productivity improvements, pipeline creation, and operational efficiency across the revenue funnel
  • Track and report on key performance indicators regularly, ensuring visibility and accountability at all levels
  • Lead efforts to uphold data quality and consistency through governance frameworks—covering data policies, stewardship, security, and continuous improvement
  • Serve as a key RevOps analytics liaison, driving data-driven decision-making across teams through training, documentation, and hands-on support Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS, focused on data analysis, business intelligence, or data governance—preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma). Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple, actionable way for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and navigate stakeholder needs.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and sales tech stacks and best practices for enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-starter who can independently analyze complex data and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • High standards for accuracy and quality in analysis, reporting, and communication.
  • Ability to proactively identify challenges and develop structured, data-informed solutions.
  • Capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while staying organized and efficient.
