Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life while delivering world-class service to our valued cardmembers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner, assisting cardmembers with account-related questions, transactions, and issues, and providing accurate information about arenaflex products and services.

  • Provide accurate information about arenaflex products and services
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
