Job Summary

As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless customs clearance and compliance for arenaflex shipments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, transporters, and government agencies
  • Processing and managing customs documentation, including import and export records, duty books, and PGA (Participating Government Agencies) filings
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date shipment records, adhering to all record-keeping requirements
  • Collaborating with internal teams, divisions, and external partners to deliver high-quality service and resolve issues efficiently
  • Processing organization financier shipments and handling distant filings as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with all international importing and exporting regulations
  • Utilizing various systems and reference materials to perform duties effectively

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide accurate and timely customs clearance for arenaflex shipments

  • Manage and maintain accurate shipment records, adhering to all record-keeping requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, divisions, and external partners to deliver high-quality service and resolve issues efficiently
  • Process organization financier shipments and handle distant filings as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all international importing and exporting regulations
  • Utilize various systems and reference materials to perform duties effectively
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration)

  • High School Certificate or GED required; minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office and Viewpoint
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high volumes of work
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in customs clearance, trade compliance, or a related field

  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and procedures
  • Proficiency in multiple software systems and reference materials
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
