As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers to resolve their travel-related queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and providing timely and effective solutions to their travel-related queries
  • Reviewing customer history as necessary to ensure accurate and personalized support
  • Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in our customer service
  • Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
  • Providing or confirming customers' travel itinerary, including flight, hotel, and rental car reservations
  • Processing refunds and resolving travel-related issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer queries
  • Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control

About You

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field
  • Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple travel-related products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Easy-to-work-with personality and the ability to accept feedback well
  • Self-directed and able to work independently in a high-growth environment
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications
  • Ability to work proactively and anticipate situations to ensure seamless customer service

Technical Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery, you'll need:

  • A computer and equipment meeting the following specifications:

+ Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset
