Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing detailed information about arenaflex's services, including flight options, travel packages, and loyalty programs
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on arenaflex's services and policies
  • Managing customer accounts, including updates and changes, to ensure accurate and efficient service
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
