Key Responsibilities

  • Show up at least 15 minutes prior to the discussion start time to ensure a smooth and timely beginning to the focus group or market research assignment.
  • Participate fully in the focus group or market research assignment by completing written and oral instructions, and engaging in discussions and activities as required.
  • Complete written surveys provided for each panel, ensuring that your feedback and insights are captured and shared with our clients.
  • MUST actually use products and/or services provided, if applicable, and be prepared to discuss your experiences and opinions prior to the meeting date.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop, to facilitate online participation in focus groups and market research assignments.
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection, to ensure that you can participate in online focus groups and market research assignments without interruption.
  • Desire to fully participate in one or several of the given topics, and be willing to share your honest feedback and opinions.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions, to ensure that you can complete tasks and participate in focus groups and market research assignments effectively.
  • Data entry clerk or administrative assistant experience is not necessary but is helpful, as it will provide you with a strong foundation in organizational and communication skills.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the requirements outlined above, the following qualifications are essential and preferred:

  • Essential: High school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
