Financial Analyst
Cherry Bekaert is a high‑growth, multi‑entity healthcare organization backed by private equity. As a Financial Analyst, you will support core operational and corporate finance decisions, engaging in hands-on financial modeling and analysis to aid in decision-making across various functions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models (forecasts, budgets, labor and CapEx analyses; dashboards and scenario/sensitivity work)
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance analysis vs. budget/forecast; present insights to leadership
- Support multi‑entity reporting across numerous locations; streamline and standardize reporting packages
- Partner with Operations, Accounting, Real Estate, and HR to align staffing and capital plans with financial goals
- Contribute to business cases and modeling (e.g., clinic/business reporting) for new sites and expansions
- Drive ad‑hoc analyses with quick turnarounds to support data‑driven decisions
Skills
- Excel expertise: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, PivotTables, advanced functions; comfort with large, multi‑tab models
- Exposure to financial modeling and executive‑ready reporting; strong understanding of financial statements (IS/BS/CF)
- High ownership, strong communication, and comfort in a fast‑paced, growing environment
- Accounting background or close partnership with Accounting
- CapEx analysis experience
