Marketing & Sales Coordinator

As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you will drive marketing initiatives and sales operations, ensuring efficient order processing and enhancing the company's consumer presence.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute shopper marketing programs including in-store demos, coupons, and promotional campaigns
  • Help develop and test emerging marketing channels—from retail activations to social media experiments
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, sales assets, and product information libraries
  • Own the daily sales order processing workflow with precision and identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
  • Be a reliable, responsive point of contact for customers, building trust through clear communication and follow-through
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and proactive customer updates
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting as required to reconcile issues related to customer or vendor invoicing
  • Track campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
  • Achieve level of competence in using internal and external systems
  • Perform business in a professional, ethical, and moral manner
  • Perform additional duties as necessary
