Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Summers Agency is seeking motivated individuals ready to dive into life insurance sales with full training and mentorship. This role involves speaking with clients who have requested insurance information, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options while guiding them through the application process.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients who already requested insurance information (no cold calling)
- Identify their needs and recommend life, health, or retirement coverage
- Hold phone/video appointments and guide clients through applications
- Keep accurate records and follow up to ensure policy placement
Skills
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude
- Professional, reliable, and coachable
- Internet access and a suitable remote workspace
- Ability to work as a 1099 contractor and obtain a state insurance license (we help)
