Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborating with the Merchant Services team to ensure seamless communication and support for merchants
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and implementing solutions to drive business growth
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies
- Working closely with the Inbound Operations team to achieve business objectives and goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintaining accurate records and data in our systems, including Google Sheets and other tools
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Customer Service)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and create innovative solutions
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
- Experience working with diverse customer segments and levels of technical expertise
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
