Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitalizing them in a secure and efficient manner, and providing exceptional production services. Key Responsibilities

* Process incoming healthcare claim forms with high accuracy and efficiency

  • Digitalize claims in a secure and compliant manner using provided software and systems
  • Input claim details with precision, adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws
  • Provide production services, including data-entry, document processing, and scanning
  • Receive documents via mainframe or web-based applications, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Adapt quickly to business rule changes and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with other business operations to ensure seamless support during heavy workloads or absences

Requirements

* At least 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. consistently, sometimes overhead
  • Must be capable of clearing a criminal background check
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and self-guided work style

  • Ability to navigate multiple applications and screens with ease
