Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Chat Support Specialist to provide prompt and effective assistance to customers via live chat, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently. As a key member of our CORE team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues, and documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, providing prompt and effective assistance to ensure a positive experience
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and non-technical issues, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
• Assisting customers in navigating our platform and services, providing clear and concise instructions and support
• Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams, working collaboratively to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, using your exceptional customer service skills to build trust and rapport with our customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in customer support or chat support, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with live chat software and CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for building trust and rapport with customers
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Range

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $17-$24 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
