[Remote] Insurance Sales Producer

The position involves helping customers secure the best policies while providing outstanding service and support, with opportunities for career growth into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Maintain resiliency- you'll hear "No" a lot more than you hear "Yes"
• Develops insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
• Develop and cultivate ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc
• Earn, and then ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
• Maintain knowledge of new products
• Be outstanding at relationship building

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Use that positive attitude to push you. Because you'll hear 'No' 4-5 times more than you'll hear 'Yes', you have to be able to maintain drive and effort
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Be a fantastic presenter
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Career minded vision-development towards Sales Leadership, Agency Management or even Agency Ownership is possible for the right candidate
• Willing to spend 75% or more of time on the phone
