What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) – Remote, you'll be responsible for providing inbound customer support to our members, addressing their insurance-related needs with empathy and professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
• Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
• Assessing customer needs and addressing them efficiently and effectively
• Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome for the customer
• Being efficient in navigating multiple systems
• Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills, knowledge, and qualities:

• Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED
• Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
