Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
  • Educating and building rapport with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Consulting with customers to answer their inquiries and provide solutions to their problems
  • Helping to set up customer accounts and verifying banking and employment information
  • Processing customer payments and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Providing excellent service while achieving quality results

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A cheerful attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • The ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software and systems
  • Self-motivation and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Good attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Schedule and Hours

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a flexible work schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. Our call center hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with rotating every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. We're hiring full-time and part-time positions, so you can choose the schedule that works best for you.
