Job Description
Role: Entry Level Live Chat Support
As an Entry Level Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer messages on websites and e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Answering questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to customers
- Utilizing provided instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in your responses
- Working independently to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Rate:
$35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed:
* A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions closely
- Availability of at least 5 hours per week and a reliable internet connection
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
