Overview of the Customer Service Representative Role

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

* Demonstrate excellent online customer service etiquette and strong customer relationship skills

  • Learn and navigate Arenaflex's software to locate customer information and product data
  • Work effectively in a high-volume environment with repetitive duties
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve team goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • Two to three years of related customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Proficient computer user with knowledge of the internet
  • ASE Certified (a plus)
  • Parts Counter or mechanics experience (a plus)
