Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their insurance policies, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience and that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies

  • Assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
  • Provide solutions to customers' problems and concerns
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have open availability during hours of operation
  • Professional customer service aptitude
  • Basic conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Experience working in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of insurance products and policies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
