Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing new applications, and managing policy changes. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing new applications, quoting policies, and taking payments
  • Managing policy changes, including updates to policy details and billing information
  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into our systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Key Performance Indicators

* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

  • Achieve high levels of first-call resolution
  • Process new applications and policy changes efficiently and accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in insurance, with a P&C License preferred
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications

* Ukrainian/Russian Language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak these languages

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in insurance
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Experience with CRM systems and other software applications
