Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Introducing, arranging, and investigating work area frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization issues
• Maintaining passwords, information honesty, and record framework security
• Providing specialized help to PC framework clients and answering questions or resolving PC issues for clients face-to-face, via phone, or from a remote location
• Assisting with the utilization of PC equipment and programming, including printing, installation, project frameworks (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.), email, and working frameworks
• Collaborating with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of system configurations, user access, and other relevant information
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or IT support role
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
