What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport with the customer
• Clarifying customer requirements, using decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking
• Resolving overdue bills, collecting payments from the party responsible for the debt, and addressing client queries regarding delinquent accounts and helping to develop repayment plans
• Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services
• Preparing complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required
• Being tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking database
• Ensuring service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma and/or GED
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
• The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
• Live within 25 to 30 mile radius of our Arnold, MO site
