ANALYST I
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is one of the largest State departments in California, dedicated to connecting job seekers and employers to build the economy. They are seeking a motivated Program Support Analyst to assist supervisors and managers with complex analytical assignments, including legislation and business process improvements, while adapting to frequent workload changes.
Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisors and managers within the Document and Information Management Center with more complex analytical assignments including legislation, training, procedures, testing, workload management reports, and business process improvement efforts
- Be flexible and adaptable to frequent workload changes based on organizational workload priorities
- Support the EDD's mission, vision, values, and business priorities with strong organizational and communication abilities
Skills
- Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov. All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position
