They are seeking Business Development Representatives to qualify leads, build relationships, and generate new opportunities in the Direct Sales channel. Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads, build relationships with prospective customers, network with partners, and generate new opportunities for BILL Direct Sales channel
  • Engage with both outbound and marketing-sourced leads to schedule high-quality demos and discovery calls for our Account Executives
  • Utilize creative prospecting using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach
  • Make 80+ outbound calls each day as part of your rhythm
  • Manage multiple prospects across different stages of the sales cycle through a mix of calls, emails, texts, and social outreach
  • Learn and master BILL’s product suite and value proposition
  • Meet—and aim to exceed—weekly and monthly KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals influenced
  • Embrace a collaborative, team-first culture where daily huddles are an opportunity to align on goals and celebrate wins
  • Navigate objections and turn challenges into opportunities
