- Active California State Bar membership in good standing
- Proactive, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service from assignment through resolution
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
- Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience
- Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience
