Implementation Services Intern
Intapp is a market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company focused on providing deal and relationship management solutions for firms in the private capital markets. The Implementation Services Intern will support the professional services team by designing and configuring the Intapp DealCloud platform to meet client needs while also engaging in data analysis and client communications.
Responsibilities
- Participate in virtual requirement gathering sessions with client teams
- Document client requirements
- Configure the Intapp DealCloud platform in response to requirements
- Analyze client legacy data sets to understand the impact of the data on system design
- Work with Microsoft Excel to map, collate, and normalize disparate data sets for import into Intapp DealCloud platform
- Provide consultative system design and industry best practice recommendations throughout an implementation
- Hold both clients and internal team members accountable to project timelines and budgets
- Manage multiple client implementations concurrently
- Comfortable with project management

- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for success
- Willingness to be trained about private equity and investment banking front office business operations
- Eager to understand data relationships and the interplay between data and business requirements
- Organization, effective time management, and ability to multi-task

- Leadership experience is a plus!
