Job Summary

We're hiring remote data entry specialists to support our online operations and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions. As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, maintaining high levels of confidentiality and integrity, and adhering to data entry procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits

• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
• Ensuring data entry tasks meet quality and efficiency standards
• Adhering to data entry procedures and policies
• Maintaining high levels of confidentiality and integrity
• Collaborating with the team to achieve common goals and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position (no prior experience required; training will be provided)
• Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
• Basic understanding of databases
• Great attention to detail
• Confidentiality
