Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Taking all overflow inbound service calls in a timely manner, providing a world-class experience to our customers
  • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to provide informed support
  • Staying up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide accurate information to customers

Key Qualifications

  • Proficiency in phone and computer systems, with excellent communication and technical skills

  • Previous call center and appointment setting experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual skills are a strong plus, but not required
