Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our online customer care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a clear, concise, and timely manner
  • Process orders, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset

* Experience in a retail or ecommerce environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
