Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our digital databases. You'll be responsible for inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure that data is entered correctly. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive customer information and adhering to arenaflex's data security protocols.
  • Data Input and Verification: Inputting customer and account data into digital databases, verifying the accuracy of the data, and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Data Compilation and Sorting: Compiling, verifying, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, and applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Report Generation and Storage: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data integrity.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files as needed to support data entry and customer service operations.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service by updating order statuses and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To succeed as an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail and ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Analytical Thinking: The ability to think analytically and troubleshoot data entry issues.
  • Experience: Previous experience working as a Data Entry Clerk is a plus, but not required.
