Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our Service Business Development Department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and support, ensuring that our customers receive a world-class experience. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling and ensuring a smooth experience
  • Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience meets arenaflex's high standards
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to provide expert support
  • Staying up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide informed support

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency on phones and computer systems
  • A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in call center and appointment setting environments
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple calls and tasks
  • Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
  • Bilingual skills are a strong plus, but not required
