Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex's standards
• Investigating and troubleshooting issues with pop fountain equipment
• Maintaining all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
• Moving equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
• Providing exceptional customer service, remaining positive, and working as a collaborative team member to create outstanding client support experiences
• Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Essential Qualifications:

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

• Valid driver's license
• Technical aptitude to repair machines
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and occasional holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service, or business administration)

• Previous experience in customer support, technical services, or a related field
• Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
