[Remote] Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for contacting inbound leads, qualifying them, and promoting Square's value to prospective sellers, while also managing a pipeline of leads and facilitating merchant onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly respond to marketing and product driven leads
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for account executives with merchants
  • Learn to sell in a dynamic, innovative, fast-paced environment
  • Manage a pipeline of leads successfully by focusing on daily activities and sales tools to effectively convert leads to sales
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Square's ecosystem and keep abreast of upcoming product releases
  • Facilitate small business merchant onboarding
  • Present a great first impression of Square by giving excellent service, quick and timely follow up to inbound inquiries

Skills
