Litigation Associate Attorney
Boyd & Jenerette is an experienced civil litigation law firm that represents major insurance companies and individuals. They are seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate Attorney to draft legal documents, represent clients in various legal proceedings, and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings
- Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial
- Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients
- Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management
- Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Georgia Bar Admission
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
- Must meet billing goal expectations
