Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Staying up-to-date with product information, promotions, and company initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in Microsoft Groups and other systems
  • Supporting field marketing initiatives through in-store demos, event activations, and key promotional activities
  • Reporting time, costs, and administrative work to management as required
  • Completing the BODYARMOR Assistant Program, including weekly study groups, final project presentations, and attending our annual summit in NY
  • Participating in additional ad-hoc activities as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong educational background, preferably with a degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • A passion for understanding customer behavior and preferences
  • Strong organizational, time management, and self-motivation skills
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • The ability to travel up to 40% of the time via plane or vehicle

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management systems
  • A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
  • Experience with social media and online marketing platforms
