Responsibilities
- Delivering care to clients in a home health setting
- Providing one on one care
- Utilizing electronic charting using Cubhub
- Participating in in-house education and training programs
- Engaging with clients and their families
- Working flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends
- Responding to on-call support as needed
Skills
- LPN with a current valid nursing license
