Americas Delivery Center Technology Experienced Analyst

They are seeking an Experienced Analyst to join their Americas Delivery Center, where the role focuses on providing tech-enabled services to enhance operational efficiency for global clients. The Analyst will collaborate with project teams to support various technology-related tasks and will receive mentorship and training to develop professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and accomplish tasks for the project assigned to them in support of Protiviti’s Solution offerings
- Assist in data acquisition, migrations, visualizations, and interpretation
- Assist project end team in gathering technical and business requirements for task-oriented delivery
- Contribute to operational excellence, working collaboratively with various teams and projects
- Promote a positive culture that fosters open communication among all members
Skills
- High School Diploma/GED with related work experience or a bachelor's degree from accredited university in relevant academic area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively with many cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to absorb new knowledge and information to develop new skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing roles and requests
- Ability to articulate key findings and results both written and verbally
- Being coachable and receptive to feedback
- Being detail oriented and organized
- You enjoy contributing to operational excellence, working collaboratively with various teams and projects, and ensuring high satisfaction for our clients and stakeholder teams
- You are motivated to learn and are interested in all things related to technology, including the latest trends and developments such as: Learning in-demand skills for configuration and application support (Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Python, AWS, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.)
- Assisting in data acquisition, migrations, visualizations, and interpretation
