So. Cal. Realty Law is a Real Estate Law Firm seeking a savvy and polished Receptionist/Intake Specialist. The role focuses on connecting with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding leads through the intake process while ensuring a welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients and provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Work closely with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and the Senior Intake Specialist
- Develop and follow processes that effectively screen, qualify, and guide leads through the intake funnel
- Create a strong first impression as the first point of contact for potential clients
- Ensure all leads are properly qualified and scheduled
