Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

We welcome candidates with a degree in Communications, English, Psychology, or a related field. Alternatively, you may have equivalent practical experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You'll need to be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You'll be interacting with users, colleagues, and management, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Familiarity with online content platforms and social media.

You'll need to be comfortable with online platforms, social media, and digital tools.
