Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet. You'll provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding our products or services, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction. Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards
  • Clarifying customer requirements, probing for understanding, and using decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to the customer
  • Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while maximizing the opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  • Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
  • Maintaining basic knowledge of arenaflex products and/or services
  • Preparing complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required
  • Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offering additional products and/or services
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking databases
  • Responding to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff

Candidate Profile

We're looking for a customer-focused individual with:

  • A high school diploma and three to six months of relevant experience (preferably in a customer service role)
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Dependability and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask, including flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-production work environment
  • Tolerance for repetitive work and a pleasant and professional tone and manner
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
  • Additional experience/skills may be required based on location and/or program

Career Framework Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor, you'll have a basic skill set to perform routine tasks within simple processes but will lack program/product-specific knowledge. You'll work with close supervision and clearly defined procedures, starting to demonstrate familiarity with arenaflex terminology, operating standards, and procedures.
