Job Summary

As a Program Manager on our Customer Returns Experience team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new returns processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities

* Foster a deep understanding of our customer segments to best comprehend and address their needs

  • Develop and implement new returns processes to make the returns experience more convincing, effective, and customer-friendly
  • Own the development and launch of returns solutions to address existing and future edge cases, including drop-off options at physical locations and introducing new carriers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Satisfaction Teams, Merchandising Classification teams, Customer Service, and others within the RRC group
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing creative solutions to delight our customers
  • Track key metrics and manage detailed project plans to drive execution and accountability
  • Communicate project updates to Customer Service and other key stakeholders
  • Identify areas of risk for RRC expectations and collaborate with leaders to address and resolve
  • Oversee interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information related to project expectations, risks, and issues is accurately shared with key stakeholders
  • Cultivate collaboration, key relationships, coordinated planning, and mutually beneficial associations with leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management or similar experience managing cross-functional projects and aligning business and technical requirements
  • Proven track record of developing and improving customer-facing features in an product management capacity
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and communicate product strategy and impact
  • Ability to present new, innovative solutions and answers to address diverse customer needs
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving growth and improvements in the customer experience space
