Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Honduras office, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our teams across various disciplines. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for identifying workflow inefficiencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing solutions to enhance our game development process. Your expertise in custom game engines, Unreal, Unity, JavaScript, and .NET technologies will be instrumental in driving our success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and areas for improvement in our development process.
• Working with cross-functional teams to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected answer.
• Assisting in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.
• Building and guiding custom asset pipelines to optimize our game development process.
• Growing arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work.
• Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Proficiency in operating with custom standalone gear.
• Enjoyment in growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and .NET technologies.
• Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

• Experience with custom game engines, including Unreal and Unity.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and .NET technologies.
• Familiarity with required utility materials.
