What to Expect
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, handling inbound and billing calls with ease and professionalism. Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting callers with billing inquiries and determining offerings they may be missing
- Making upgrade and add-on service recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
- Coding sales accurately and completely
- Providing clear, confident, and professional communication to build trust and rapport with clients

Education and Requirements
While a degree is not necessary, you'll need to meet the following requirements to get started:
- A computer with a separate monitor (dual boot machines, Netbooks, and Tablets are prohibited)
- High Speed wired Internet (no WiFi)
- Phone with headset
- Pass a background screening (with no felonies or fraudulent behaviors)
- Meet the PC requirements (CPU Speed, Hard Drive, Memory, Operating System, and Monitor Recommendations)
PC Requirements
* CPU Speed: Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better
- Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space
- Memory: 4 GB of RAM or better
- Operating System: Windows 7 or Windows 10
- Monitor: 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
Mac Requirements
* Macs must have an Ethernet port
- MacBook Air and Mac USB-C ports will not be supported
- Boot Camp and a licensed version of Windows (please see page 2 for acceptable Windows operating systems) MUST be installed

* USB headset with microphone (required for Certification)
- Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, or similar brands recommended
- Hard-wired Telephone and headset (required for Production/Servicing)
