Position Overview

We're seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in enhancing our understanding and engagement with our academic community. As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and meticulously entering data about faculty, students, and professionals within our network into our knowledge base. Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate and collect data to bolster institutional knowledge and reporting capabilities.

• Discriminate between pertinent and non-pertinent information to ensure the integrity of our database.
• Input data regarding job affiliations and contact information into our management systems.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our academic community and its needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our faculty, students, and professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

* Over a year of relevant experience is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Google Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM software) is beneficial.
• An understanding of, or interest in, classical liberal ideas is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of Academic Research is a plus.
• Experience working with databases and data management systems is a plus.

Commitment

This position requires a weekly commitment of approximately 25 hours. We're looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
